En resumen: la web no usa cookies ni estadísticas. Si te apuntas al aviso del lanzamiento, solo guardamos tu correo, solo para escribirte sobre Zyvek, y lo borramos cuando te das de baja.
Quién es el responsable
Zyvek es un proyecto de Nexa Project (M. J. Escaño), con domicilio en España. Para cualquier cuestión sobre tus datos, escribe a info@zyvek.app.
La web zyvek.app
- No usa cookies, ni estadísticas, ni publicidad, ni contenido de terceros.
- La web se sirve a través de Cloudflare, que trata datos técnicos de la conexión (como la dirección IP) para entregar la página y protegerla frente a ataques. No usamos esos datos para identificarte.
Aviso del lanzamiento
- Qué datos: tu dirección de correo electrónico.
- Para qué: avisarte cuando salga Zyvek y, de forma ocasional, contarte novedades importantes del proyecto. Nada más: no vendemos ni cedemos tu correo.
- Base legal: tu consentimiento, que confirmas con el enlace del correo de confirmación (doble confirmación).
- Quién lo gestiona: la lista está alojada en Kit (Kit, Inc., EE. UU.), que actúa como encargado del tratamiento. La transferencia a EE. UU. se ampara en las garantías previstas en el RGPD, como las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea.
- Estadísticas de los correos: Kit puede registrar si se abre un correo o se pulsa un enlace. Solo lo miramos de forma agregada.
- Cuánto tiempo: hasta que te des de baja. Al hacerlo, dejamos de escribirte y tu correo se elimina de la lista.
Tus derechos
Puedes darte de baja en cualquier momento con el enlace que aparece al final de cada correo. También puedes pedir acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación o portabilidad de tus datos, o retirar tu consentimiento, escribiendo a info@zyvek.app.
Si crees que no hemos tratado bien tus datos, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

Who is responsible
Zyvek is a project by Nexa Project (M. J. Escaño), based in Spain. For any question about your data, write to info@zyvek.app.
The zyvek.app website
- It uses no cookies, analytics, advertising or third-party content.
- The website is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data (such as the IP address) to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. We do not use that data to identify you.
Launch notice
- What data: your email address.
- What for: to tell you when Zyvek is out and, occasionally, to share important project news. Nothing else: we never sell or share your email.
- Legal basis: your consent, which you confirm with the link in the confirmation email (double opt-in).
- Who manages it: the list is hosted by Kit (Kit, Inc., USA) as data processor. The transfer to the USA relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- Email statistics: Kit may record whether an email is opened or a link is clicked. We only look at this in aggregate.
- How long: until you unsubscribe. When you do, we stop writing to you and your email is removed from the list.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the end of every email. You can also ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@zyvek.app.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or to your local authority.
The Zyvek app
This page only covers the website and the launch notice. The app will have its own privacy information when it is released.
